Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your D’Hilla Beauty products purchased from (website), you may return them within 30 days of your order date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Kindly note that returns will not be honored for D’Hilla Beauty skincare products purchased from other sellers or through unauthorized distribution channels. If you purchased a set, all products within the set must be returned – partial refunds will not be issued. Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a full refund on the purchase price of the products returned to the original form of payment.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds to your original form of payment can take a couple of days depending on your bank’s policies.
